GBNRTC and NITTEC Leased Office Space

The Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) and Niagara International Transportation and Technology Coalition (NITTEC) are jointly seeking leased office space in downtown Buffalo, NY. Both agencies are represented by our exclusive Tenant Representative, CBRE Upstate NY. Options for space proposals will include up to three options (1) space for GBNRTC on its own, (2) space for NITTEC on its own and (3) space to be collocated by GBNRTC and NITTEC. Proponents may submit proposals for any of the three individual options or any combination of options. GBNRTC currently occupies approximately 5000 SF at 438 Main Street, Buffalo, NY. NITTEC currently occupies 3500 SF at 93 Oak Street, co-located with NFTA.

Blue Water Tower Corridor (I-90/I-290) Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL) Study

GBNRTC is leading the effort to develop a Planning and Environmental Linkage (PEL) Study for the Blue Water Tower (I-90/I-290) Corridor. The PEL study will analyze the existing condition of the corridors, develop a purpose and need statement for improvements, develop and screen alternatives and engage the public through the PEL process.

LRTP 2060: The GBNRTC Long Range Transportation Plan

The Greater Buffalo Niagara Regional Transportation Council (GBNRTC) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for the development of the 2060 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP) covering Erie and Niagara Counties, New York. This comprehensive plan will establish a forward-looking, multimodal, resilient, and financially constrained transportation vision for the region over the next 30 plus years. The LRTP will align with all applicable federal, state, and local planning requirements, ensuring compliance with current legislative frameworks and regional goals.
